*Tuition is due by the 10th of each month, $10 late fee per family. All other discounts do not apply if tuition is paid late.

EARLY BIRD: Tuition paid prior to the first of each month receives 5% off for single class or single child.
FAMILY FRIENDLY: First student full price, each additional student receives 15% their class.
MULTIPLE CLASS: First class full price, each additional class receives 15%.

Performance Fee’s
The dance students will participate in a Spring Showcase and the gymnastics, cheerleading, and tumbling classes will participate in a Summer Meet. Each event will cost a minimal costume or trophy, and facility usage fee. Performances are optional, however always encouraged.
Returned Check Fee
Returned checks will be charged a $25 svc. fee.
Tuition Refund Policy
Once the month has begun, you may not be refunded. This is regardless of attendance.
Reinstatement Fee
If you are planning to miss an entire month, the front desk must be notified two weeks in advance in order to avoid billing. If you fail to do so, you will be billed the full tuition amount. Payment will be required prior to returning to class. However, your class spot will not be held and you will be charged a $10 reinstatement fee when you return the following month. This does not apply to summer or adult classes.
TUITION & FEE’S
1. Tuition is due by the 10th of each month. On the 11th of each month a $10 late fee (per family) will be applied. At the studio tuition is receipted at the front desk. At the annex we will provide a tuition drop box.
2. Return Check Policy: All returned checks will be charged a service fee of $25.00. Returned checks will be allowed seven days to provide repayment. After the seven day period, if fees are not made current your child will not be allowed to attend class until taken care of.
3. Tuition Refund Policy: Refunds for tuition will not be given once the month you want to be refunded for has begun. Attendance does not matter.
4. Registration Fee: A yearly registration fee ($30 indv./$50 family/$15 adult) is required each September, or when you start. This fee is pro-rated for students beginning after February. March 1st to the end of May is $20 indv./$35 family/$10 adult. For all summer classes we do not require a registration fee.
5. Performance Fee’s: Each year our dance students will participate in a “Spring Showcase” and our gymnastics, tumbling and cheer students will participate in a “Spring Meet”.
